- Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You can shop at pairie without creating an account. However, it's needed to manage your rental order subscription. In addition, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchase, and save your address for next time.
- What are your shipping methods and costs?

- How should I manage rental order?
- Log in your account
- Click manage subscription.

- Click rental order to see future billing dates. you can also update credit card info, change product qty, and swap product under manage tab.

- If I change product qty, when will newly added qty be shipped?
- How should I swap product for rental order?
- Log in your account

- Click manage subscription.

- Click swap product under manage tab.

- Click swap product button.

- Choose the product that you want to swap.

- click yes, swap product button to complete.

- Choose credit for rental order return.

- Choose rental order return and fill up the form.

- Once you submit, you should see status as below.

- As for u.s. rental order, a prepaid shipping label will be provided in next 48 hours.

- Please ship by any method with tracking# at your own cost for non-U.S. rental order.
- How should I request return?
- Go to shipping & returns page then search your order.
- Choose either refund or replacement based on your need. (Do not choose credit that is for rental order only).

- Fill up the form and you can also add comment in note section and attach an image if needed.

- Once you submit, you should see status as below.

- As for u.s. order, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

- Please ship by any method with tracking# at your own cost for non-u.s. order.
- If I swap product, when will new product be shipped?
- How should i return product for rental order?
- Choose credit only for rental order return.

- Fill up the form and you can also add comment in note section and attach an image if needed.

- Once you submit, you should see status as below.

- How are 30 days counted for returns?
- Will i get refund if I swap to less expensive product?
No, we won't refund difference if you choose to swap to less expensive product. it's because rental order is monthly base. Once you receive the 1st product but decide to swap to new one before next billing cycle, you will be charged for new item you decide to swap in next billing cycle. New product will be shipped in the beginning of next billing cycle and you need return on hand exiting product back to us.
- Will i get refund if I swap to less expensive product for prepaid rental order?
No, we won't refund difference if you choose to swap to less expensive product. It's because of prepaid rental order.
- How soon will I get replacement?
Once your request is approved, your replacement will be shipped within 48 hours, and you have to return on hand existing product.
- How should i adjustment product qty for existing rental order?
- Log in to your account and click manage subscription.
- Click product (qty) under manage tab.

- Adjust qty and click update.

- Newly added qty will be shipped in the beginning of next billing cycle.
- How should I add new product to existing rental order?
- Log in your account and go to prouct page that you want to add to existing rental order.
- click add to existing rental order.

- How should i cancel rental order
- Log in to your account and click manage subscription.
- Click delete order under manage tab.

- Go to shipping & returns page then search your order to return your on hand existing product.
- Choose credit only for rental order return.

- Fill up the form and you can also add comment in note section and attach an image if needed.

- Once you submit, you should see status as below.
